Namur - Participatory budgeting: Inventory of winners from previous editions. Through its Declaration of Municipal Policy, its PST and the choices made in the context of budget arbitrations, the City of Namur has indicated and formalised its wish to experiment with the Participatory Budget process. The Participatory Budget is a mechanism by which the City of Namur allocates part of its ordinary or extraordinary annual budget to the implementation of various citizens’ initiative projects.
