EPB - New residential buildings

Description

Datasets concerning the EPB certification of new residential buildings in Wallonia and giving, for each anonymised certificate, the province, the municipality, the E spec (kWh/m2.an), the label, the type of dwelling, the type of heat generator, the energy vector, the year of construction and certification, the district and the INS code.
