National punctuality measured with deleted trains

Description

The punctuality percentage indicates the percentage of all national trains, over a period of one month, that arrived at their final destination station with a delay not exceeding 5 minutes and 59 seconds (for trains passing through the North-South Junction of Brussels, the first station of the North-South Junction of Brussels at which they call on their journey), compared to all national passenger trains and trains that were scheduled but were cancelled on part of their journey or completely.
