Monthly weighted national punctuality

Description

The punctuality percentage indicates the percentage of all national trains, over a period of one month, that arrived at their final destination station with a delay not exceeding 5 minutes and 59 seconds. For trains passing through the North-South connection of Brussels, the arrival at the first station of the connection at which they stop on their route.
