Description

Number of kilometres of main tracks, proximity tracks and branch lines by region (Brussels-Capital, Flanders and Wallonia) and number of branch lines.Main tracks are lines tracks with a line number.Proximity tracks are tracks used as branch lines for passenger and/or freight trains from a main track. Sidings include tracks in stations (passenger, training and other) intended for normal manoeuvring, turning or transit movements.Sets of tracks are a combination of sets of tabs, switches and crossings that connect or cross traffic lanes.
