Punctuality of the IC relationship

Description

Monthly timing of IC relationships upon arrival at their final destination. For trains passing through the North-South connection of Brussels, this is the first station of the connection to which they stop on their route. A train is considered punctual if it arrives at the station less than 6 minutes late.
