Creaves Centres in Belgium

Description

The CREAVES centres (Centres de Revalidation des Species Animales Vivant à l'Etat Sauvage) are centres approved by the Walloon region to collect and treat injured or sick wild animals collected by humans. After revalidation, the CREAVES centres release the treated animals.
Who, one day, did not find at random from a walk, an animal hit by a car, weakened by the prolonged cold of winter or poisoned by poachers who did not respect the regulations in force? What to do with the invalid animal? Should he be rescued? Should we feed him? These are all questions that cannot be answered from the outset.

Each species requires special care. The managers of the CREAVES centres are familiar with them. In the interest of the animal itself, it is therefore better not to try anything yourself.
