StatSup Info #04 - INITIAL TRAINING FOR TEACHERS Here you will find the data related to the publication StatSup'Info #04 on initial teacher training. The document is available on the ARES website. The annexes include the datasets relating to first-time students and graduates as well as the data dictionaries of the three datasets. • Granularity Data are aggregated by academic year, gender, stream of study, postal code, and cohort type. The number of students concerned by category is entered in the "Number" field. • Definitions Initial teacher training (IEF) refers to higher education studies that enable teachers to perform their duties (pre-school, primary and lower secondary). This dataset is the result of a cross-sectional analysis over the period 2009-2010 to 2020-2021. It covers all students and distinguishes those who enter and leave FIE studies as well as entry and exit events. The games in the appendix are the result of longitudinal analyses of first-time students and graduates of an FIE program. • Sources The data are taken from the database SATURN.Log modifications2022-12-12: Updating the "geographic coverage" metadata (Correction: Error "zero or more than one hit")
