Description
The Berechtsamskarten contain information on the current mining permits (concessions) for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons, earthwärme and lithium in the area of the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. In addition to today's authorization forms PERMISSION (according to § 7 Federal Mining Act [BBergG]), AUTHORISATION (according to § 8 BBergG) and BERGWERKSEIGENTUM (according to § 9 BBergG) some mining licences still exist prior to the entry into force of the BBergG (so-called OLD RIGHTS) (according to § 149 BBergG). Should you require further information on the earthworks, hydrocarbons or lithium concessions, these are generally subject to payment in accordance with Section 11.2 of the State Ordinance über die Gebühren der Bergverwaltung und der Geologisches Dienst (Special Gebührenverzeichnis). Company and business secrets of the concession holders are treated confidentially and are excluded from providing information.
