The Preservation of Periurban Agricultural and Natural Areas – Herault
Description
Closed areas of the PAEN (Preservation of Periurban Agricultural and Natural Areas) in the Hérault. NAPs are a component of the Department’s agricultural policy. They aim to preserve peri-urban agricultural and natural areas (subject to significant urban pressure). The perimeters in PAEN are covered by an action programme and give the Department a special right of pre-emption.
