Description
Public domain: difference between the cadastre parcel of Hauts-de-France (private domain cadastre of individuals, companies and local authorities. Source: DGFIP - PCI Vector 2018) and the control of municipalities in the Hauts-de-France region (IGN - BD topo 2018). The difference results in the public domain per municipality (i.e. the unregistered parcel, per municipality).
