Description
The budget shall consist of a General, a Specific Section and a Development Programme Plan.
The General part of the Budget consists of the Revenue and Expenditure Account and the Financing Account, and the Special part contains the schedule of expenditures according to the organizational, economic, program, and functional classification, and sources of financing.
The Revenue and Expenditure Account shows tax and non-tax revenues, other income from assets, and the financing of public expenditures at the level of municipal administration and budget users. The development programme plan is a LC(R)SGU document drawn up for a three-year period, which contains the objectives and priorities of the development of the Municipality related to the programming and organizational classification of the budget.
