Description

The Disability Compensation Benefit (PCH) is financial assistance paid by the department. It makes it possible to reimburse expenses related to the loss of autonomy. The PCH consists of 5 forms of assistance (human, technical, housing, transport, specific or exceptional assistance, animal). Its attribution depends on the degree of autonomy, age, resources and residence of the beneficiary. The proposed file indicates the number of “disability compensation” (PCH) files in progress as at 31 December 2020, by EPCI (intercommunality) of the commune of the emergency home (i.e. the intercommunity to which the municipality where the aid is paid belongs, see glossary in metadata) in Seine-Maritime.
