This dataset, the creation of which is provided for in Article L3123-19-2-1 of the General Code of Territorial Communities (CGCT), presents “all the allowances of any kind, denominated in euros, enjoyed by elected officials on the departmental council, in respect of any mandate and functions exercised within them and within any trade union within the meaning of Books VII and VIII of Part Five [of the CGCT] or any company mentioned in Book V of the first part [of the CGCT] or subsidiary of one of these companies”.
