Description
This guide, both explanatory and pedagogical, should make it possible to fully grasp the procedure of Land Management: its stakes and objectives. As part of the establishment of a procedure, it is also an invitation to take ownership of the approach and to participate actively and constructively.
This guide contains a presentation of the East Rouen bypass (link A28-A13), a road project that requires the preparation of a Foncier fitting-out procedure.
