Interactive map of rural municipalities and municipalities and EPCI meeting the criteria of Article R3232-1

Description

This dashboard makes it possible to verify whether a commune or an inter-community in Seine-Maritime is eligible for departmental support in engineering (Article L.3232-1-1 of the CGCT, _see glossary in metadata_). If it is a municipality it will have to: \- be included in the list of municipalities defined as rural by the Prefectural Decree of 17 August 2021, \- have a financial potential per capita, as defined by Article [L. 2334-4](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichCodeArticle.do?cidTexte=LEGITEXT000006070633&idArticle=LEGIARTI000006396609&dateTexte=&categorieLien=cid), which was, for the year preceding the request for assistance, less than 1.3 times the average financial potential per capita of municipalities with less than 5000 inhabitants. If it is an EPCI, it must: have less than 40000 inhabitants for which the population of the municipalities meeting the conditions mentioned above will represent more than half of the total population of the municipalities that are members of it. The compliance of the municipalities with the criteria will be visible on the map, that of the EPCIs will appear in text, at the bottom of the left column.
