road register node

The Road Register is the medium-scale reference database of roads in Flanders. It must contain all (publicly accessible) roads of Flanders, with associated attribute data. The Road Register is divided into road segments, each of which runs from intersection to intersection (nodes). A crossroads is a point where two or more roads converge. Each road segment has a start and end node.
