Description

This file, from INSEE’s “full files” database, presents communal data for 86 housing indicators. Since 2004, the census has been based on an annual collection of information, covering successively all municipalities with less than 10000 inhabitants and 40 % of dwellings in municipalities with more than 10000 inhabitants over a five-year period. Each year, census results are produced from the five most recent annual surveys, abandoning information from the oldest survey and taking into account the new survey. Some indicators are subject to statistical confidentiality (indicated “s”) to ensure the confidentiality of the data. They are therefore not distributed to all municipalities. It allows the comparison between the territories (communes, EPCI, etc.) and the download of the selected data. * Site data.gouv.fr: This open and community platform, moderated by the Digital Interministerial Directorate (DINUM), aims to centralise and structure open data in France. Among the many datasets it proposes is the directory of rental housing of social landlords, a very rich source of information on social housing. An extraction of this data on the territory of the Seine-Maritime is also proposed on this site.
