RD PR

Description

Attention new feed URL **carto.ain.fr** becomes **geodata.ain.fr** PR: Benchmark defined by numbers physically represented in the field (mark, pads, marking) PRD: Road start reference point also called Pr0 FRP: End-of-road reference point PRV: Virtual landmark; without physical representation in the field PBD: Bayonet start point; without physical representation in the field PBF: Bayonet end point; without physical representation in the field PV: Virtual point; without physical representation in the field **Type = PR** / PRD / PRF **:** Point de Repère routier also called PLO (Point LOcalisant). Physically materialized in the field by painted marks associated with terminals or pads called "PR". Generally located on the left side of the roadway in the direction of increasing numbering of RPs. This object allows the linear referencing (longitudinal localization system) of events or objects, along the axes of the departmental road network. They are approximately 1000m apart. **Type = PBD** / PBF: The bayonet points cut off the road, when it stops to resume further. Bayonet points always work in pairs PBD (beginning point of bayonet) and PBF (end point of bayonet). These points mark a geographical discontinuity but retain the continuity of the linear measurement field PR+ABS and cumuld for discontinuous roads. These point types do not have a physical representation in the field but are used for the correct calibration of RD axes. **Type = PV**: The virtual points are elements of calibration of the graph, not materialized by a wafer in the field. They make it possible to specify intermediate lengths (inter plo) between two PR-type PLOs. Mainly created at crossroads but also at the level of railway cuts to allow to modify the calibration of the arcs (field M). At CD01 they are used in particular to take into account the mode of operation in the field. Road officers do not cut their topometer at intersections when a non-priority RD crosses a priority RD, at grade crossings (which are not in the public domain of the road) and at roundabouts. Indeed, the roundabouts are treated as different axes. As a result, these interruptions in the axis cannot be dealt with by bayonets. The PVs make it possible to consider that cumuld and PR+abs continue virtually at the passage of intersections and roundabouts.
