Level of vigilance air pollution observed for the air basins of the Occitanie region for the last year and until the day before.

Inspire genealogy: A vigilance report on air pollution in the Occitanie region is generated each time a vigilance is activated. It is based on the recommendations of the Zonal Framework Order on prefectural procedures in the event of an episode of ambient air pollution. This vigilance bulletin is produced using information from the forecast chain and the expertise of a forecaster. It deals mainly with the situation foreseen for the next 24 hours. As a rule, it is broadcast before 14h. To take into account the exposure of the population, it integrates criteria of area, number of exposed inhabitants or special situations. It indicates the pollutant concerned, the date of the episode, the zones concerned, and the level of vigilance (information, persistence alert, alert). It includes health messages adapted to the pollutant corresponding to the current pollution episode, as well as behavioral recommendations. Depending on the situation, it may be followed by activation of a prefectural information or alert system.
