LIST DELEGATION AIDS TO THE PIERRE CD76 2023

Description

This file provides a list of EPCIs concerned by the Delegation of Stone Aid to the Seine-Maritime Department. The law allows the State to delegate the management of stone aid (social rental park and private park under Anah) to voluntary departments or EPCIs. The delegation of stone aid gives the territories the tools to develop the supply of housing (public or private). The delegation of stone aid legally commits the delegating State and the delegated authority for six renewable years under an agreement concluded on the basis of a local housing programme (PLH). This agreement allows the delegation to grant stone aid for the construction, acquisition and demolition of public or private social rental housing. However, the corresponding financial envelopes remain controlled by the State, which distributes them among the delegated territories. In Seine-Maritime, the Department is delegated to a majority of the territory, except for the Community of Aglomeration Caux Seine Agglo and the Region Dieppoise, the Urban Community Le Havre Seine Métropole and the Métropole Rouen Normandie, where EPCIs are directly delegated to the Pierre.
