Land Registry Building Block 2019

Description

Land registry data aggregated at building block level , according to the fiscal situation on 1 January of the relevant year. This is a nicer level than the neighborhoods, districts and postal zones, which you can consult in city in figures. (see also for more metadata about cadastre) It concerns: Owners:# and % of live-in owners Floor area and living area: and derivatives: average residential area per dwelling, floor/terrain ratio* and open/floor ratio** # and % single-family dwellings, # multi-family dwellings Single-family dwellings: # and % of single-family dwellings: terraced house, semi-open house and open house Built area: according to GRB and derived build-up rate(% built-up area) Unbuilt area: according to GRB and derived average undeveloped area or outdoor space Year of construction: average year of construction of building block (in the case of new construction, this average will go up)Deepen: average # deepening of building block Parking: total # parking spaces in building block (according to cadastre: garages, plots and parking lots on plots) Functions: % plots according to main layout NIS cadaster (residential, economic, other and undeveloped) and # plots according to detail layout NIS cadaster (apartment buildings, houses, industry, storage, office, commercial, other, undeveloped) *Floor area compared to surface plot (Floor Terrain Ratio). This is the number of square meters of floor area of the buildings compared to the total area of the plot. The Floor Terrain Ratio (V/T) says something about the building pressure: the lower the index, the less building density. **Unbuilt land area relative to the floor area (Open Space Ratio). This is the area of the plot without the buildings (according to GRB- main and outbuildings), or the outdoor space, unbuilt in relation to the number of square meters of floor area (different levels) of the buildings (according to Kadaster). The Open Space Ratio (OSR) is the measure of the unbuilt space relative to the floor area. It says something about the pressure on the open undeveloped space: The lower the ratio, the higher the pressure on the open space. Every year, the cadastral depositor is linked to the plots, but also to the building blocks, so that the information can be visualized on the basis of the plots and also the building blocks.The built-up and also the unbuilt area is calculated according to the GRB main and outbuildings and do not come from the cadastre.
