This file, established by the National Institute of Geographical and Forestry Information (IGN-F) in September 2020, provides the list and the perimeter of the communes of the Department of Seine-Maritime, as well as the administrative status of the commune (regional capital, prefecture, etc.), the INSEE code of the EPCI (Public Establishment of Intercommunal Cooperation), the borough and the canton (pseudo-canton, see glossary in the metadata) to which they correspond, the surface of the commune, etc.
