Deliberations of the City Council

Description

In addition to the legal obligations to transmit to the judicial review and publicise the acts of local authorities defined in the General Code of Territorial Collectivities, the open data provision of data relating to the deliberations adopted by a local authority should make it possible to improve the transparency of public decisions taken by the various bodies empowered whatever the territorial level considered. All meetings of the Municipal Council shall be open to the public and shall be the subject of a report posted on the municipal panels.
