RD Counting Pt

Description

Attention new flow URL carto.ain.fr becomes geodata.ain.fr Physical counting point with history of traffic VL and PL of the departmental roads of Ain. Daily average on both tracks. The field 'year' gives the year of counting The field 'mja_tv' gives the number of vehicles as an annualized daily average Light Vehicle (LV) and Heavy Weight (LW). The field 'mja_pl' gives the number of Heavy Weights, as an annualized daily average. If for a counting point there was no PL counting, then the field takes the numeric value 0.
