building block

Summary: A block of plots is a collection of adjacent administrative plots, surrounded by infrastructure (road or railway), at least 50m2 in size if built on and at least 500m2 in size if not built on. The plot blocks are bounded on the municipal boundaries. Purpose: This dataset is built up and maintained to serve as the only digital geographical reference for the location and delimitation of Plot Blocks. The plot blocks can be used to summarise and geographically display various data on a scale that is located in terms of size between the administrative plot and the statistical sector or municipality. Additional information: This dataset has no legal value in itself. This dataset shall be accessible to the public for consultation. Creation: 21/02/2025 by Agentschap Digitaal Vlaanderen
