Description
The RIFSEEP or compensation scheme taking into account functions, constraints, expertise and professional engagement, is the new reference indemnity tool that replaces most existing bonuses and allowances.
The Decree No 2014-513 of 20 May 2014 establishing a compensation scheme taking into account functions, constraints, expertise and professional engagement (RIFSEEP) is therefore intended to rationalise and simplify the compensation landscape.
