Description
The RIFSEEP or compensation scheme taking into account functions, constraints, expertise and professional engagement, is the new reference indemnity tool that replaces most existing bonuses and allowances.
The [Decree No 2014-513 of 20 May 2014](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000028965911&fastPos=1&fastReqId=1183633632&categorieLien=id&oldAction=rechTexte) establishing a compensation scheme taking into account functions, constraints, expertise and professional engagement (RIFSEEP) is therefore intended to rationalise and simplify the compensation landscape.
