Description

The file proposed here concerns the beneficiaries of Personalised Home Self-Empowerment Assistance and the corresponding departmental expenditure, presented by EPCI in 2022. Any elderly person residing in France, who is unable to assume the consequences of the lack or loss of autonomy related to his physical or mental state, is entitled to a personalised allowance of autonomy allowing care adapted to his needs at home.
