RD Section PPBE PL

Description

Heavy goods traffic (HWP) covered by the PPBE (Plan for the Prevention of Noise in the Environment) until 2022. Depending on the category of the road, PL traffic is not counted on all RD, nor every year.The field 'date' gives the year of counting and the field 'average' gives the number of vehicles as an annualized daily average on both tracks.For the PPBE, what is taken into account is the annualized daily average of TV traffic (all vehicles) > OR = at 8200 veh/d in addition to this is added the data of the annualized daily average of PL traffic > OR = at 1000 veh/d.
