Description

This file presents the health actions carried out by the Maternal and Child Protection (PMI) of the Departmental Council of Seine-Maritime, by Territorial Social Action Unit (UTAS), from 2018 to 2023. It should be noted that activity in 2020 and, to a lesser extent, 2021 was impacted by successive COVID lockdowns. In addition, the 2022 data collection was impacted by the cyber attack on the Department in October 2022 (hence many "undetermined" (ND) mentions). The following categories and activities are documented: * Early Childhood Activity in CMS (1/2 days of child care consultations, Child care consultations, Children seen at least once by the nurse (during child care and/or medical consultations), 1/2 days of parent-child reception, Children seen during parent-child reception, 1/2 days of PMI medical consultations (infants), PMI medical consultations (infants)*, Children seen at least once by the doctor during PMI medical consultations), _* This category was previously entitled ‘Children seen in PMI medical consultations’_ * Visits (total home visits with children, Children seen in home visits), * Nursery schools (Children who have been assessed by the nurse/childcare provider, including children seen by the PMI doctor, Children with hearing impairment *, Children with visual impairment *, Children with caries *, Children who are overweight *, Children who are obese *, Children with speech disorders *, Children with behavioural disorders *, Children with delayed motor and/or cognitive acquisition *, Children seen by an orthoptist (3 years old), Children with visual pathology not yet detected, Children oriented towards ophthalmologist), _* deficits or pathologies or disorders detected during the assessment or insufficiently managed_ * Pre/postnatal activities* (1/2 days of prenatal consultations (including mixed with planning), 1/2 days of mixed consultations (planning and prenatal), Prenatal consultations, Women seen at least once in prenatal consultations, 1/2 days of preparation for birth, Home visits of pregnant women), _*Until 2022, this category did not include post-natal activities, which correspond to new regulatory obligations_ * Sexual health activities (including in contracted centres) [»] (1/2 days of planning consultations (including mixed with prenatal), 1/2 days of mixed consultations (planning and prenatal), Planning consultations, People seen at least once in planning consultations, Interviews by the Marriage Counsellor), _* Until 2022, this category was entitled ‘Planning activities (including contracted centres)’. The State has changed this name_ * Adult immunizations and >6 years in public sessions (Vaccination sessions A, Vaccinated persons A, Vaccine acts A), * Target Public Vaccinations (PC Vaccination Sessions, PC Vaccinated Persons, PC Vaccine Acts), * Vaccinations in colleges (college vaccination sessions, Collegians seen by the team, vaccinated Collegians, Vaccine acts colleges). The data are visualised by Territorial Social Action Units (UTAS). The UTAS are perimeters for the implementation of departmental social action. Data on childcare (family assistants, childminders, MAM) formerly included in this file are now available in a specific file, enriched with data on childcare capacities.
