Amending decisions (excluding supplementary budgets) since 2018
Description
The amending decisions are voted annually by the Regional Council (102 councillors from the 5 Norman departments - Calvados, Eure, Manche, Orne, Seine-Maritime). Their aim is to adjust the forecasts of the original budget without, however, performing the function of carrying over appropriations. They allow, throughout the year, according to legal, economic and social imperatives initially difficult to predict to carry out new expenditure in return, either cancellations of previously voted appropriations or new resources.
Each change decision takes the form of an XML feed from our software package. Each amending decision is monitored by the Prefecture to ensure compliance with the rules applicable to the preparation, adoption and implementation of community budgets.
