The geoportal of urban planning makes it possible to consult a map of France showing the PLU or PLUI put online by the municipalities and intercommunalities.In addition to the plans, zoomable to the plot, links are proposed for downloading the regulations of the zones, but also the presentation report, sustainable development and development projects, etc.
In Seine-Maritime sot for example consult the PLUI of Rouen Métropole Normandie, the Region of Yvetot or Fécamp Caux Littoral Agglomération

The website of the Ministry of Territorial Cohesion and Relations with Local Authorities offers a page dedicated to the approaches and tools useful for the elaboration of a local urban planning plan (PLU) or a PLUi. It includes a 2017 document entitled “PLUi: a tool for the future of territories” which describes the strengths of the PLUI.
