This file proposes a list of the intercommunalities of the Seine-Maritime meeting the criteria defined by Article R.3232-1 of the General Code of Territorial Collectivities (see glossary in metadata_), and as such eligible for departmental technical assistance, as defined by articles L.3232-1-1 et seq. of the CGCT.
