This file, from the website [data.gouv.fr](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/donnees-essentielles-de-la-commande-publique-consolidees-format-tabulaire/), itself fed by the Department's data, lists the contracts awarded by the Seine-Maritime Department from 12 March 2018 to 4 August 2021.
