Reporting procedure — whistleblower
Description
According to Article 6 of the Law 9 December 2016 on transparency, the fight against corruption and the modernisation of economic life, the ethical alert is a procedure that allows a natural person, public official or external and occasional collaborator of the community to report or disclose in a selfless and good faith manner facts concerning:
a crime or offence;
a serious and manifest violation of an international commitment ratified or approved by France;
a serious and manifest violation of a unilateral act of an international organisation made on the basis of an international commitment duly ratified or approved by France;
a serious and manifest violation of the law or regulation;
a threat or serious harm to the public interest
