Essential data of public procurement - before 2024

**_As from 1 January 2024, the essential public order data shall be published in a new file complying with the requirements laid down in the amended decrees of 22 December 2022 (decree[public procurement](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/LEGIARTI000048876437/2024-01-01/) & decree [concessions](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/LEGIARTI000048916375/2024-01/))_** This game contains the essential data of the public order of the Training Directorate throughout the life of the Normandy Region since 2018. The publication of essential data is made mandatory by the Order of 14 April 2017, as amended by the Order of 27 July 2018. Thus, there is an obligation for French public buyers to publish the essential data of their public contracts on their buyer profile since October 1, 2018. The essential data make it possible to ensure compliance with the principle of transparency in public procurement. The objective is to make public the elements specific to the award of a contract awarded by the contracting authority, in this case the Region.
