Description

The data proposed here correspond to the number of beneficiaries and expenditure on household aid for the elderly or disabled by EPCI of the Seine-Maritime Department in 2022. The services carried out in 2022 (‘service done’) shall be taken into account. Where an EPCI has fewer than 5 beneficiaries of either benefit, the data shall be covered by statistical confidentiality. In total, in 2022, the Department granted 149 household supports to the elderly, amounting to EUR 219 163,97, and 170 household aids to persons with disabilities, amounting to EUR 237 708,46. The household helper is intended for elderly or disabled people who need material assistance in order to stay in their homes to carry out the tasks of everyday life. It is a financial aid intended to pay a person (called home help) who will come to the beneficiary to carry out certain household tasks (aid for meals, cleaning, laundry,...). It is granted under conditions of resources and age or disability rate.
