PLHI 2 — Program Authorisation — 2018
Description
Budgetary allocations for investments where they concern a coherent set of multiannual work may include programme authorisations and payment appropriations. The PLHI provides for the allocation of capital grants to social donors, which may be paid over several years. Therefore, the creation of a program authorisation and its payment appropriations facilitates its management.
