RSU 111 Nb officials Permanent post remunere CD76 2022

Description

This file, extracted from the Single Social Report, which is itself fed by the Social Database (see metadata below), provides the number of officials working in permanent employment in the Seine-Maritime Department in 2022, by sector, by employment context, grade and sex. Permanent posts are intended to meet the long-term needs of the administration. These permanent posts are occupied by officials (and by way of exception by contract staff). These jobs are created either full-time (column B) or non-full-time (weekly service less than the legal weekly working time) (columns C, D and E). This indicator identifies officials, incumbents and trainees, paid as at 31 December 2022 in number of natural persons (1 person = 1 unit). Officials occupying a functional management post should be counted only in their respective post frameworks and grades. \- The following shall be entered in the accounts: * officials working in the community and paid; whose officials, seconded from other structures, are in a position of activity in the community; * public servants who, not performing their duties in the community, are placed at the disposal of other structures * for the national centre for the territorial civil service (CNFPT) and management centres only: officials for whom they are responsible (following a job cut, an end of secondment to a functional management post, etc.). \- The following shall not be entered in the accounts: * civil servants seconded to a cabinet post which is not a permanent post within the meaning of the Law of 26 January 1984. * officials who are not in active employment and are not remunerated on 31 December 2022 (including staff on automatic standby after illness); * civil servants who, belonging to other structures, are placed at the disposal of the community, but are not remunerated by the community and will be registered in their community of origin; * officials placed in the CFA who are not in active employment and receive only replacement income; * civil servants from the local authority supported by the CNFPT or by a management centre (following a job loss, an end of secondment to a management functional post, etc.) who must be identified by the body which supported them and which pays them; * officials leaving or placed in a position other than the activity who received a salary reminder in December. **Metadata** [Link to metadata](https://seine-maritime.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/items/45259548e4fb4fa9953b8d1b05a2336e/data) **Additional resources** * **Légifrance website**: [https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000044930851/](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000044930851/) The website of the Public Service for the Dissemination of Law offers for download the consolidated version of the Order of 10 December 2021, which frames the indicators contained in the social database (BDS, see definition in metadata). * **Examples of unique social relationships**: [https://www.paris.fr/pages/le-rapport-social-unique-22259](https://www.paris.fr/pages/le-rapport-social-unique-22259) and [https://donnees-sociales.fr/dossier-de-presse-2-2/](https://donnees-sociales.fr/dossier-de-presse-2-2/) For comparison, it is possible to find various RSU (see definition in metadata) online, downloadable in .pdf format. The attached links refer to the RSUs of the city of Paris and to the annual national summary available on the site données-sociales.fr of the management centers (see definition in the metadata). * **INSEE website**: [https://www.insee.fr/information/2407785](https://www.insee.fr/information/2407785) The website of the National Institute of Statistics and Economic Studies (INSEE) offers a page dedicated to the All-Employees Base (BTS), based on the Registered Social Declarations (DSN), which must be fed by any company employing employees, in accordance with the Social Security Code and the General Tax Code. Since 2009, its scope has been extended to the three public functions (State, territorial and hospital), and to the employees of private employers, thus covering all employees in the French economic sector. This database provides extensive employment data (number of FTE jobs, gross and net pay, job qualification, type of employment contract, hours worked by gender and qualification, etc.), some of which are available free of charge.
