Actors engaged in open data in Normandy

This dataset was used for the realisation of this interactive dashboard.

It identifies public actors (communities, decentralised state services, etc.) and parapublics (associations, companies carrying out a public service mission, etc.) identified as committed in open data.

“Committed*” means an actor who:

• publishes its data on a dedicated portal or/and,
• publishes its data on a shared portal with one or more other actors or/and,
• publishes its data on a national portal such as data.gouv.fr.

The description of the attributes is downloadable here.
