This file contains the list of establishments of the FINESS directory in Seine-Maritime as of May 2, 2023. FINESS (Fichier National des Etablissements Sanitaires et Sociaux) is the national reference directory of legal entities involved in the health, medico-social, social and educational fields of the health and social professions.

The file provides in particular the name of the municipality of establishment, the category of activity, the name of the establishment or the FINESS number.

The FHF website, an association law 1901, offers a directory of public hospitals and medical and social institutions that allows to consult the sheet of each institution, on which includes the contacts (address, telephone, fax and email) of the institution, its skills and organisation, its capacities (in beds and places by specialty), etc.

The Annual Health Establishment Statistics (AHS) is an administrative, exhaustive and compulsory survey of health facilities based in France (metropole and DROM), including facilities that carry out only one type of hospitalisation or have authorisation for a single care activity. The data are collected by the DREES (Directorate for Research, Studies, Evaluation and Statistics), directorate of the central administration of health and social ministries.

It produces two types of data:

- A so-called “administrative” basis for returning the declarations of institutions,

- A “statistical” basis for studies.
