Digital maturity of Norman companies

[L'Observatoire des Transformations Numériques](https://espaces-numeriques.normandie.fr/Observatoire-des-transformations-numeriques) brings together in an "outside-the-wall" partnership the Normandy Region, the services of the State in the region (represented by DREETS and DRAAF Normandie), the Normandy CCI, the Normandy CMA, the Normandy Chamber of Agriculture, the University of Caen Normandie, the Normandy School of Management and the Banque des Territoires. This partnership aims to carry out digital maturity surveys of Norman actors: businesses, communities and users. The first survey was for companies. A representative panel by department and sector of activity has been created by the consular chambers from their membership bases, according to the quota sampling method. The survey was conducted by telephone from February to March 2021. 2046 companies agreed to reply to this questionnaire. The data were analysed by the [Ecole de Management de Normandie] (https://www.em-normandie.com/en/plus-de-80-percent-des-entreprises-ratent-elles-le-coche-du-numerique) and the [University of Caen Normandie] (https://www.unicaen.fr/).
