It constitutes Annex 1 to the instruction of 18 March 2024 of the Director-General of Local Authorities to the Prefects, relating to the publication of the ten highest salaries in the territorial civil service.
This publication is made mandatory by Article L. 716-1 of the General Civil Service Code, which states that regions, departments, territorial and inter-municipal authorities (EPCI) with more than 40 000 inhabitants publish each year, on their website, the sum of the ten highest remunerations of staff within their scope, also specifying the number of women and men included in these ten highest remunerations.
