Description

This file provides the number of beneficiaries of the Third-Party Compensatory Allowance (ACTP) and the amount of aid paid to beneficiaries by EPCI in 2023. The data relate to the period during which the services were provided (service provided). In total, in 2023, the Department granted 807 Third-Party Compensation Allowance for a total expenditure of €5,351,909.30. ACTP is a benefit to cover the additional costs, linked to the help of a third person or to the exercise of a professional activity, caused by the disability. The benefit is paid to the emergency home, which does not necessarily correspond to the civil home (see metadata).
