Single financial accounts since 2022
Description
In experimentation with certain local authorities, including the Normandy Region, the single financial account has replaced the administrative account and the management account since 2022. It is voted annually in plenary session by the Regional Council (102 councillors from the 5 Norman departments - Calvados, Eure, Manche, Orne, Seine-Maritime). It provides a panoramic view of key information on the financial situation of the Region. The budget implementation reporting format is modernised (overviews and detailed views). It makes it possible to deepen the analyses thanks to a heritage view of budget implementation. Finally, it provides additional information on the budgetary framework, accounting matters and management.
Each unique financial account takes the form of an XML feed that aggregates CFU data from our software package. Each CFU is controlled by the Prefecture to ensure compliance with the rules applicable to the preparation, adoption and execution of community budgets.
