CZSO code list: Basic territorial unit (code 51)
Description
Basic territorial unit means the territory of a municipality or military district and, if the municipality is divided, the territory of an urban district or district. The basic territorial unit is a composite element and its code list is equal to a set of municipalities (without Prague and statutory cities, divided into city districts or city districts, but including military districts) and a set of city districts or city districts in Prague and divided statutory cities. The territorial perimeter of each basic unit may consist of the sum of several territorial technical units or be identical to one territorial technical unit.
