CZSO code list: Basic settlement unit part (code 53)
Description
The definition of the basic settlement unit of a part is based on the definition of the basic settlement unit as a whole: basic settlement unit means a unit representing parts of the territory of a municipality with unambiguous territorial-technical and urban-planning conditions or catchment areas of clusters of residential or recreational objects. If the basic settlement site extends into several parts of municipalities, this means that it is divided into parts of the basic settlement unit, designated 1, 2 ... to n. The part of the basic settlement unit is determined by the different affiliation of buildings belonging to the same basic settlement unit and to several parts of the municipality. A component of a basic settlement unit consists of one or more statistical circuits. The parts of the ZSJ are composed into the respective ZSJ, unless there is an overlap of buildings on the territory of another municipality. For work purposes, the packaging curves of the parts of the basic settlement units, created by merging the territory of statistical districts, belonging to the same basic settlement unit and at the same time to the same part of the municipality (including overlaps of buildings on the territory of another municipality), are derived. Parts of basic settlement units are not always contiguous territory (more parts derived from parts of the municipality are mixed into each other, parts of ZSJ are locally distant on more polygons).
