CZSO code list: Streets and public spaces (code 66)
Description
Public spaces are all squares, streets, marketplaces, sidewalks, public greenery, parks and other spaces accessible to everyone without restrictions, i.e. serving general use, regardless of ownership of this space (pursuant to Act No. 2/2003 Coll., Title I, Volume 4, § 28-34). Streets and other public areas are territorial elements and the way in which they are designated is defined directly by Decree of the Ministry of the Interior No. 326/2000 Coll., on the method of marking streets and other public areas with names, on the method of using and placing numbers, on the designation of buildings, on the particulars of the notification of the renumbering of buildings and on the procedure and notification of the allocation of numbers and documents necessary for the allocation of numbers. UVP is geographically expressed by a point map layer, used mainly for searching, presentation of aggregation circuits and buildings. One UVP can be expressed as one or more points, depending on the density of the aggregation circuits decomposing around the named communication.
