Description
The type of municipality is an indication of the status of a municipality, resulting from Act No 128/2000 on municipalities (municipal establishment), Section 3(1) to (4) (cities and townships), Section 4 (statutory cities), Act No 222/1999 on the provision of defence of the Czech Republic (military districts) and Act No 131/2000 on the capital city of Prague.
