CZSO code list: Administrative districts of municipalities with an authorised municipal authority (code 61)
Description
For the purpose of exercising delegated powers, it is designated as an authorised municipal authority in acts and other legal regulations, and municipalities with an authorised municipal authority are laid down in a special act (Annex 1 to Act No 314/2002). Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities. The decree does not apply to the territory of Prague and military districts, therefore they are listed in the dials as separate territorial districts in order to cover the entire territory of the Czech Republic. Administrative districts of authorised municipal authorities (hereinafter referred to as POUs) were established by Decree of the Ministry of the Interior No. 388/2002 Coll. and updated by Decree of the Ministry of the Interior No. 388/2004 Coll. The districts are defined by a list of municipalities listed in the decree, respect the boundaries of the regions, do not yet have to respect the territory of the districts (the alignment of the territorial administrative division is being prepared, after the implementation of which the administrative districts of the municipality with extended competence should be composed into districts).
